Evaluation Report: Coaching and Mentoring Programs

In 2025, the MCHub evaluated its coaching, mentoring, and coaching skills development programs using participant feedback collected between 2021 and 2024. The review covered individual coaching, team coaching, coaching skills workshops, and mentoring programs, involving over 1,400 survey responses across MSF. Findings showed consistently high satisfaction and perceived impact, with individual coaching and mentee experiences receiving the strongest ratings. The results highlight the value of coaching and mentoring in supporting professional growth, learning, and collaboration across the organization.
