L\u2019intention est d\u2019assurer le suivi continu du programme de coaching d\u2019\u00e9quipe du MCHub et fournir un cadre et un mod\u00e8le \u00e0 partir desquels d\u2019autres centres op\u00e9rationnels pourront mettre en \u0153uvre et s\u2019adapter pour \u00e9valuer l\u2019impact du coaching d\u2019\u00e9quipe. Cette \u00e9tude sera incorpor\u00e9e au suivi du programme de mentoring men\u00e9 actuellement chez OCB et constituera un cadre ainsi qu\u2019un mod\u00e8le pour les autres programmes de mentoring afin qu\u2019ils puissent suivre et \u00e9valuer les cons\u00e9quences de leur mentoring.
