Depuis mai 2018, notre offre du coaching s\u2019est sensiblement accrue gr\u00e2ce aux 24 nouveaux dipl\u00f4m\u00e9.e.s de notre programme \u00ab&nbsp;Coaching Education&nbsp;\u00bb. Chaque coach s\u2019engage en effet \u00e0 fournir 100 heures de coaching chez MSF. Le Mentoring &amp; Coaching Hub, en collaboration avec les programmes de coaching pr\u00e9existants, soutiendra l\u2019organisation. Notre objectif est d\u2019offrir des coachings individuels ainsi que des coachings d\u2019\u00e9quipe aux personnes qui se trouvent sur le terrain ou au si\u00e8ge. Chaque centre op\u00e9rationnel traite les demandes qu\u2019il re\u00e7oit. Lorsque ces demandes sont valid\u00e9es, elles sont transmises au Mentoring &amp; Coaching Hub pour \u00e9valuer les besoins et effectuer le matching. Le Mentoring &amp; Coaching Hub supervise, \u00e9value et s\u2019assure de la qualit\u00e9 des coachings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-pullquote\" style=\"border-color:#ee0000\"><blockquote><p>Soutenir les \u00e9quipes MSF gr\u00e2ce au d\u00e9veloppement de leurs comp\u00e9tences personnelles et professionnelles en leadership par le coaching.&nbsp;<\/p><\/blockquote><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">A qui s&#8217;adresse le Coaching?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>We propose <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/mentoring-coaching.msf.org\/fr\/le-coaching-a-msf\/coaching-individuel\/\">individual coaching<\/a><\/strong>  when the objectives identified are generally related to a career  development or broader performance improvement on a certain skill set  not related to a specific assignment.<a href=\"https:\/\/mentoring-coaching.msf.org\/team-coaching\/\"> <strong> <\/strong><\/a><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/mentoring-coaching.msf.org\/fr\/le-coaching-a-msf\/coaching-dequipe\/\">Team coaching<\/a><\/strong>  is a unique way to develop a team to be more productive and work closer  together to achieve the team\u2019s overall goals. Each OC has a focal point  to whom requests should be forwarded and if the request is validated,  it is sent on to the Mentoring &amp; Coaching Hub.<br><br>Nous offrons un coaching individuel lorsque les objectifs sont li\u00e9s \u00e0 un d\u00e9veloppement professionnel ou \u00e0 une perspective plus large qui vise \u00e0 am\u00e9liorer une comp\u00e9tence particuli\u00e8re m\u00eame si elle n\u2019est pas li\u00e9e \u00e0 une mission sp\u00e9cifique. Le coaching d\u2019\u00e9quipe aidera votre \u00e9quipe \u00e0 \u00eatre davantage productive ainsi qu\u2019\u00e0 travailler ensemble pour atteindre des objectifs globaux. Chaque centre op\u00e9rationnel poss\u00e8de un centre de liaison qui re\u00e7oit les demandes.
