Seg\u00fan sus comentarios, el Mentoring &amp; Coaching Hub finalizar\u00e1 la evaluaci\u00f3n y te emparejar\u00e1 con el coach que cubrir\u00e1 mejor sus necesidades.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cada coaching de equipo est\u00e1 hecha a la medida y puede durar hasta 6 meses.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Un ejemplo de un proceso t\u00edpico de coaching de equipo es el siguiente: se comienza con un retiro de 2 d\u00edas, seguido de un per\u00edodo de reuniones dentro del equipo. Si es relevante, se podr\u00eda ofrecer coaching individual a algunos miembros del equipo. Se recomienda una sesi\u00f3n de seguimiento de un d\u00eda para concluir la formaci\u00f3n del equipo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El coaching de equipo es un proceso confidencial.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-uagb-column uagb-column__wrap uagb-column__background-color uagb-block-cf260e3b-6529-41fe-a317-01f369a84412\"><div class=\"uagb-column__overlay\"><\/div><div class=\"uagb-column__inner-wrap\">\n<p><strong>PARA QUI\u00c9N ES?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El coaching de equipo se ofrece tanto a los equipos en el terreno como al personal de oficina.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La prioridad para el coaching de equipo es decidida por cada Centro Operacional.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El coaching de cada equipo estar\u00e1 dirigida por dos coaches capacitados. En algunos casos utilizaremos un coach externo. A medida que nuestra capacidad interna se expanda, utilizaremos m\u00e1s coaches internos y menos externos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Para solicitar un coaching de equipo, comun\u00edcate con el <a href=\"https:\/\/mentoring-coaching.msf.org\/es\/coaching-en-msf\/coaching-contactos\/\">punto focal de tu Centro Operaiconal<\/a>.
