Individual Coaching Impact Evaluation Study

In 2018, the MSF Norway Mentoring and Coaching Hub (MCHub) commissioned an impact study of how Individual Coaching supports the personal and professional development of coaches and coachees and contributes more broadly to the strategic priorities of the MCHub and the MSF movement more widely. It is hoped that the study will help shape the future coaching offer and secure engagement across the movement positioning the MCHub as a centre of excellence and best practice for Individual Coaching including ongoing monitoring and evaluation.

Team Coaching Impact Evaluation Study

In September 2017, Médecins Sans Frontières (MSF) Mentoring and Coaching Hub (MCHub), Oslo, Norway, commissioned a two-year impact study of how team coaching supports the personal and professional development of team members and contributes more broadly to the strategic priorities of the MCHub. The intention is that this study will inform the ongoing monitoring of the MCHub’s team coaching programme and provide a framework and model from which other Operational Centres can implement and adapt to evaluate team coaching impact/s. It is hoped that this study and subsequent engagement across the movement will secure the MCHub as a centre of excellence and best practice in coaching.

Mentoring Evaluation of Impact

In September 2017, the Mentoring & Coaching Hub commissioned a two year impact study of how mentoring supports the personal and professional development of MSF Field Managers and contributes more broadly to the strategic priorities of the Mentoring & Coaching Hub. The intention is that this study will inform the ongoing monitoring of the OCB’s mentoring programme and provide a framework and model from with other mentoring programmes within the movement can implement and adapt to evaluate the impact of their mentoring activities. It is hoped that this study and subsequent engagement across the movement will secure the Mentoring & Coaching Hub as a centre of excellence and best practice in mentoring.
