Coaching

To meet the growing demand for professional development in MSF, the Mentoring & Coaching Hub has established a pool of internal and external coaches. With the graduation of 24 MSF Coaches from our Coaching Education Programme in May 2018, our ability to deliver coaching has increased significantly. Each coach is committed to offer 100 hours of coaching to the movement. In collaboration with pre-existing MSF coaching programmes, the Mentoring & Coaching Hub will support the MSF movement. Our goal is to offer team and individual coaching to both field and HQ staff. Each OC will process the request, and once validated, pass it on to the Mentoring & Coaching Hub for further needs assessment and matching. The Mentoring & Coaching Hub is responsible for supervision, evaluation and to ensure quality.

Supporting the MSF global workforce by enhancing their personal and professional leadership skills through coaching

Who is coaching for?

We propose individual coaching when the objectives identified are generally related to a career development or broader performance improvement on a certain skill set not related to a specific assignment. Team coaching is a unique way to develop a team to be more productive and work closer together to achieve the team’s overall goals. Each OC has a focal point to whom requests should be forwarded and if the request is validated, it is sent on to the Mentoring & Coaching Hub.
